Documentation for licensed contractors
You complete the work. We prepare the documents.
ClaimLift prepares job documentation for licensed roofing and exterior contractors from contractor-supplied records. Each document is prepared in the contractor’s name and returned for contractor review, signature, and submission.
For licensed roofing and exterior contractors only. ClaimLift does not provide services to homeowners or policyholders.
Contractor records in. Contractor-ready documents back.
How it works
Paperwork drawn from the work itself.
The contractor supplies the job file. ClaimLift prepares the documents and returns them to that contractor. Your company stays responsible for every document it reviews, signs, and submits.
Keep your file factual
Examples of source records include the signed customer contract, job photos, measurements, material invoices, and work notes. Records are coordinated after purchase; this website does not collect job files.
- 01
Provide your job records
After purchase, provide the job file requested for the work: for example, the signed customer contract, photos, measurements, material invoices, and relevant notes.
- 02
ClaimLift prepares the documents
The packet is prepared from the records you provide, in your company’s name, and returned to you for review.
- 03
Your company reviews and submits
Your company checks every detail, signs its documents, and decides whether, when, and how to submit them. ClaimLift does not submit documents or contact insurers.
Licensed roofing and exterior contractors
One packet. Your company’s records and name.
The service prepares a supplemental invoice, work-completed report, certificate of completion, and supporting job documentation. Supporting documents are not a request that ClaimLift submits.
Approved fee
$500 one-time, non-refundable flat fee. No percentage of insurance proceeds.
ClaimLift does not contact insurers, represent policyholders, interpret coverage, negotiate or settle claims, or guarantee approval or payment. The contractor remains responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting its documents.
